Fun Diving
AABANA Beach+Watersport Resort Malapascua Island
Scuba diving is both sport and adventure and gives us the chance to explore the exciting world of underwater life. Directly, without filters. Beyond the spirits and the "fun" side, scuba diving has positive effects on the physical, emotional, psychological and even social levels.
Scuba diving is a mode of underwater diving where the diver uses a self-contained underwater breathing apparatus (scuba), which is completely independent of surface supply, to breathe underwater. ... They may include additional cylinders for range extension, decompression gas or emergency breathing gas.

FUN DIVE actually starts with the Open Water Certification and means that a diver is competent in the water and is qualified to go fun-diving with a dive guide or a buddy. Fun diving is just that – fun, so you don’t need to worry about assembling, carrying or washing your equipment – unless it’s your preference.

Diving does entail some risk. Not to frighten you, but these risks include decompression sickness (DCS, the “bends”), arterial air embolism, and of course drowning. There are also effects of diving, such as nitrogen narcosis, that can contribute to the cause of these problems.
